1. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping transit time takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
The total delivery time is usually 4–9 business days.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer Free Standard Shipping across the UK.
4. Which carriers do you use for delivery?
We work with trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Hermes (Evri), and DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
6. Are there any fees for returns?
We provide a free return shipping label inside your package.
However, a £3.00 flat restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
7. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and PayPal.
9. What should I do if my order is lost or not delivered?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Ask neighbours or family members
Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
